Your First Dental Visit
When you first visit our dental office, you’ll be greeted by our friendly front desk associate who will collect your new patient forms and input your information into our system. We’ll guide you back to a treatment room where you’ll meet your dental hygienist and dentist. They'll conduct a thorough examination of your mouth and take X-rays (if necessary). If they spot any issues, they'll inform you and develop a treatment plan to take care of them. Finally, before you leave, the hygienist will clean and polish your teeth.

We ask that all of our new patients download and fill out our forms ahead of time. You can do so by clicking on the link below. If you have any difficulty accessing the document or need help filling it out, feel free to call us. Don’t forget to bring the paperwork with you on the day of your appointment!
